At the end of March, Mur-murs and Le Calvez développement laid the first stone of the future greet hotel in the Froutven area in Brest. With this new hotel, the new economic and responsible brand of the Accor Group, continues its development with an opening scheduled for spring 2024. The hotel, the first of its kind at the tip of Brittany, will offer 70 rooms. “After Le Foil hotel B & B, opened at the end of 2021 at the commercial port in Brest, Mur-murs is working on the construction of a hotel for the second time with the first of a greet in the department. At the same time, we are already working on a third hotel project”, explains Alexis Dagorn, CEO of Mur-murs. The investment is 5 million euros.
