Tehtris announces the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors – Le Journal des Entreprises

Tehtris, a company specializing in cybersecurity based in Pessac (33), wants to strengthen its governance by appointing three independent directors. Jean-Bernard Lévy (former CEO of EDF, Thalès and Vivendi), Antoine Troesch (director of investments at Banque des Territoires of the Caisse des dépôts group) and Richard Vacher Detournière, financial director of the Provepharm Life Solution group) thus join Eléna Poincet (co-founder and CEO of Tehtris) Laurent Oudot (co-founder and CTO of Tehtris), Guillaume Girard (managing partner, Jolt Capital) and François Lavaste (executive director, Tikehau Capital). Their mission will be to “support the growth of Tehtris and its international development”. In October 2022, the company that develops and markets the TEHTRIS XDR Platform cyber defense solution raised 44 million euros (2021 turnover of €5.80 million).
