TGS France increases its presence with farmers and winegrowers with the takeover of Ouest Conseils – Le Journal des Entreprises – Maine-et-Loire

The Angevin group of chartered accountants and business services TGS France (€125 million in 2022 turnover, 1,700 employees) formalized its merger with the firm Ouest Conseils, based in Verrières-en-Anjou? Created in 2009, Ouest Conseils (350,000 turnover, 5 people) supports more than 140 clients (60% in Maine-et-Loire and 40% in Loire-Atlantique) in the agricultural and wine-growing sectors. The agriculture-viticulture sector center of TGS France now has more than 40 employees spread over ten offices in the Loire Valley, Normandy and Poitou-Charentes. It supports approximately 1,500 farms for a turnover of 3 million euros. The group aims to strengthen this sectoral expertise in Normandy, Loir-et-Cher and in wine regions such as Bordeaux and Touraine.
