The Aiôn group liquidated, a collective asks the Commercial Court of Marseille to reform its judgment – Le Journal des Entreprises

The Aiôn group project was based on an investment of more than 60 million euros in La Ciotat. It was to enable the creation of 160 jobs and promised to restore France to its rank as a major player in watchmaking. The group was placed in compulsory liquidation by the Commercial Court of Marseille, due to “great difficulties in raising the expected funds” to fully launch its activities. A collective of around twenty actors, led by Hubert Patural, founder, shareholder in the project and chairman of the Supervisory Board until September 2022, confides that they have “noted problems in the management of those to whom we had entrusted the mandate and the monitoring mandate” and announces that it has filed a request and a declaration of third party opposition against the judgment opening judicial liquidation proceedings against the company Aiôn group. The final judgment of liquidation or reform in recovery with a period of observation is expected at the end of a hearing to be held at the end of March at the Commercial Court of Marseille.
