The AODB alliance co-founded by Alsatian digital companies acquires the company Eurelis – Le Journal des Entreprises

Co-founded in 2017 by the two Alsatian entrepreneurs Mathieu Gros and Jérémie Schmidt, AODB, -Alliance of Digital Builders- specialized in digital services (creation of websites, intranet and e-commerce, mobile applications, business applications, cloud & devops), acquires a new member. The Ile-de-France digital agency Eurelis employs 32 people and achieved a turnover of 3.3 million euros in 2021. By joining the AODB alliance, it becomes its fifth member, alongside the Alsatian companies Actency and Advice. Between them, these Strasbourg IT companies generate 10 million euros in turnover out of the 14 million euros in turnover recorded for AODB (200 employees and 500 customers in France).

This acquisition operation was accompanied by the disposal and acquisition consulting firm, MBA Capital Strasbourg.
