The CIB group establishes a foothold in Morbihan – Le Journal des Entreprises

The Cooperative Immobilière de Bretagne consolidates its territorial roots by opening a new agency in Lorient. “We are developing around ten programs in Morbihan, three of which should be deployed in the coming months in the municipalities of Ploërmel, Brech and Gestel”, justifies Jacques Le Guennec, 70, president of the company since the end of 2020.

Based in Saint-Brieuc, the CIB group is preparing to celebrate the centenary of its creation in 2024. With a turnover of around 100 million euros this year with 170 employees, it cultivates a strong social dimension, in particular through the HLM BSB and Les Foyers offices or the endowment fund Kernae, while developing a commercial development activity via its subsidiary Secib Immobilier, structured from Rennes. Enough to accumulate approximately 10,000 housing units under management and more than 300 new housing units marketed per year.
