Based in Seine Innopolis (Le Petit-Quevilly) since 2022, the young company Bilbea, founded by Eloïse and Laurent Bailleux, is part of the “Start” course of the Réseau Entreprendre Normandie Seine & Eure. Bilbea is a consulting agency (6 employees) that supports companies in their responsible digital strategy and project by combining the synergies of major levers of transformation: information systems and human resources. The two founders will be accompanied by Eric Mutschler, managing director of CIMME Manutention (La Vaupalière).
