The Delanchy group takes a minority stake in the Dutch company Kotra Logistics – Le Journal des Entreprises

The transporter Delanchy (more than 3,200 employees, turnover: NC) has just taken a minority stake in the Dutch group Kotra Logistics (600 employees, turnover: NC). Based in Guidel (Morbihan) and with commercial headquarters in La Gravelle (Mayenne), the group is once again extending its network after various external growth operations in 2022 and at the start of the year. Both Delanchy and Kotra Logistics transport and distribute fresh fish and shellfish. Through this merger, these two family businesses are extending their scope of action in Europe. “This creates great opportunities for growth and a guarantee of continuity, quality and service,” they jointly noted.
