The dynamics of executive employment is slowing in the Grand Est – Le Journal des Entreprises
After a record year in 2022, during which executive recruitment in the Grand Est reached 13,130 hires, the latest statistics published by Apec, the Association for Executive Employment, show that the dynamic is much less favorable. for the year 2023. In concrete terms, the 734 companies in the Grand Est region surveyed by Apec, which employ 90,000 people, plan to recruit 12,000 executives in 2023, a decline of 9% compared to the previous year. Notably, 26% of these recruitments should be made in the industrial sector, against only 13% at the national level. Another data from the Apec survey, the weight of the Alsatian territory: nearly half of the planned recruitments, or 5,810, are scheduled in Alsace, against only 3,880, or 32% in Lorraine.
