The Grand Est Savings Bank owns its Strasbourg headquarters – Le Journal des Entreprises

Caisse d’épargne Grand Est Europe (2021 net banking income: €526 million, 2,800 employees in nearly 300 branches), a member of the BPCE group (Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Épargne), acquired from its lessor Unofi-Assurances of the five-storey building which has housed its regional headquarters since 2008, in the Rivétoile district of Strasbourg. The promise to purchase, in May 2022, had succeeded a first aborted project, Wacken district. The acquisition (amount not disclosed) of the 8,550 m² located above the Rivétoile shopping center “is part of a global development and renovation project”, which aims to improve the reception of customers and working conditions employees.
