The headquarters of Doux sold to the promoter Obazine – Le Journal des Entreprises

The headquarters of the former Doux group in Châteaulin has found a taker. It was sold to Parisian promoter Obazine. This will restore the existing building to offer it in division for rental to companies. “We also want to build a 6,000 m building on the land.² of activity and services, a restaurant and a crèche by 2024”, explains Serge Negro, Development Director of Obazine. The former Doux group was dismantled in 2018. Since then, the Salaün Holidays group had made an offer which it had to abandon due to the drop in activity linked to the Covid crisis.
