The Hérault expert in ecological engineering Biotope takes a stake in the Provençal Nat’H – Le Journal des Entreprises
Specializing in ecological engineering, the Hérault company biotope (350 employees, 2022 turnover: €80 million) takes a stake in Nat’H (Nature Harmonie, 2 employees), manufacturer of nesting boxes for birds and small mammals based in Alleins (Bouches-du-Rhône), up to 49%. The objective of Biotope is to relaunch the production of nesting boxes made in France while urban sprawl frequently causes the destruction of the natural habitats of birds, which disrupts many ecosystems. The Hérault-based company will support the industrialization of Nat’H, in order to increase its production for biodiversity professionals: the Provençal SME plans in particular to double its volumes from 2023. After having achieved a 150% increase in 2022 , Nat’H is aiming for a turnover of one million euros by 2025.
