The Lyon developer AST Groupe launches a housing program in Nîmes – Le Journal des Entreprises

The Lyon promoter and builder AST Group (576 employees, 2021 turnover: €160m) launches the “Cocoon” real estate project in Nîmes (Gard), a program of 24 housing units (from 2 to 4 rooms) which will take place in a district in the north-east of the city, being rehabilitated. The site, which started in December 2022, will be completed in the course of the 2nd quarter of 2024. This is the second operation signed by AST Groupe in Nîmes, after the launch of the “Le Cosmopolite” program (25 housing units), to be delivered in the 2nd quarter of 2023 The Lyon group aims to accelerate its development in Occitanie, with 8 real estate programs representing 269 housing units in Gard and Hérault, including 49 under construction, and 220 in the process of building permits. In addition, AST Groupe announces the opening of a 4th agency in Occitanie, entirely dedicated to property development, located in Vendargues (Hérault), near Montpellier.
