Its manager Jean-René Beauvais, who was supported in its sale by Acticam, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole specializing in advice on mergers and acquisitions, disposals and fundraising, separates from this activity to devote himself to that of Visserie Service , French leader in the online distribution of screws and bolts based in Parcé-sur-Sarthe (Sarthe).
