The McArthurGlen Paris-Giverny Center has opened its doors – Le Journal des Entreprises

After years of administrative battles, the new Designer Outlet McArthurGlen Paris-Giverny center finally opened its doors and was officially inaugurated this Thursday, April 27, 2023. The British group McArthurGlen (€5 billion turnover) has invested more than 200 million euros in this Village des Marques located in Douains, a few kilometers from Vernon. McArthurGlen has partnered with the Parisian architectural firm Arte Charpenter to create a “contemporary and committed to a demanding environmental approach”, designed according to the strictest environmental standards and displaying an HQE Excellent level certification. 70 shops are located there. Of the 700 planned hires, 450 have already been completed. The Village des Marques hopes to welcome from the first year of opening, between 1.5 and 2 million visitors.
