The Mulhouse Easyneo joins the digital consulting group Proxiad – Le Journal des Entreprises

The Mulhouse-based consulting and IT services company specializing in the integration of data and decision-making software Easyneo (2022 turnover: €6.8 million, less than 50 employees) has been acquired by the Parisian group of consulting and digital services for businesses Proxiad (2022 turnover: €80 million, more than 1,000 employees), with the support of the Parisian investment fund UI Investissement, which supports the development of unlisted companies. The operation is presented as positive by the two companies. By joining forces with a larger group, Easyneo intends to continue and accelerate its development. With this acquisition, Proxiad wants to “strengthen its newly created Data division within the group and broaden its offer with complementary expertise and geographical location”.
