The northerner NSI Groupe buys the Alsatian PNS – Le Journal des Entreprises

The northern cleaning company NSI Groupe, based in Bruay-sur-l’Escaut, announces the acquisition of its counterpart Pardavila Cleaning Services (PNS), based in Mulhouse, in Alsace. The latter records a turnover of more than 2.7 million euros, “including 98% under recurring contracts”, particularly in the tertiary, industrial and retail sectors, and employs nearly 150 employees, according to NSI Group. The northern company created in 2011, which claims 35 million euros in turnover and 1,600 employees, has embarked on a development plan to mesh the entire French territory by 2030.
