The player in the e-reputation of Ehpad WeDoxa settles in Saint-Brieuc to grow – Le Journal des Entreprises
The start-up Wesatis, created in Nantes in 2017, which publishes the online opinion platform on establishments welcoming seniors WeDoxa, will transfer its headquarters to Saint-Brieuc, at the same time as its founder and director, Stéven Le Pallec , Briochin of origin, will find its city of heart.
The company (400,000 euros in turnover in 2022 against 235,000 euros in 2021, three employees), which carries out satisfaction surveys and collects, moderates and publishes opinions online, has seen its sector of activity upset by the accusations of abuse brought against the Orpea network (who was not a WeDoxa customer). His solution appeared to be more than relevant for the managers of nursing homes and other medico-social or health establishments.

“The basic building block of our solution is the carrying out of digital satisfaction surveys with residents, families and carers, explains Stéven Le Pallec. These quarterly surveys generate dashboards which are management tools for general management. and the quality services of the establishments.” Another service comes to establish the social barometer of the employees of the sites. “The dissatisfaction of caregivers often becomes an irritant for patients”, underlines the leader.
WeDoxa offers a service for publishing these reviews online, and plays the role of trusted third party and moderator. The company’s largest client, the Parisian group Colisée, has 400 establishments with a satisfaction index of 80%.
Certified and independent
WeDoxa, which offers its services to companies in the form of an annual subscription, publishes all reviews, positive or negative. For scores below 7 out of 10, the management of the establishment must provide a response, which may be in private mode. Finally, WeDoxa, which has benefited from the appropriate ISO 20488 certification since 2022, ensures the dissemination on the web of the establishment’s satisfaction scores, on its website, that of the establishment, but also on the sectoral audience hubs that are specialized sites or directories of establishments. The company can also aggregate other review sources (Google, Facebook, Papy Happy) to moderate them and publish the establishment manager’s response on the original site.
“Today, we put down our suitcases before growing up: the opportunities are accelerating”, savors Stéven Le Pallec. Among these, the federations or unions of establishments which feel the need to restore a brand image tarnished by the Orpea affair and which find in WeDoxa a standardized and independent interlocutor. The start-up should take advantage of the obligation imposed since January 2023 on social life councils (a body elected by residents and families) of social and medico-social establishments and services to measure patient satisfaction in their health report. activity.
