The Rennes solutions integrator Agenium Group opens its capital – Le Journal des Entreprises

Agenium Group, whose head office is newly established in Bruz in the Rennes region, welcomes two partners to its capital: Axio Capital as well as the Definvest fund of the Ministry of the Armed Forces managed by Bpifrance. Founded in 2003, Agenium Group is based in Rennes, Paris, Toulouse and Istres. The company deploys software and technical solutions with high added value in the fields of defence, industry and space. The team is made up of about sixty people. In defence, the group’s historical market, Agenium IT & Systems offers innovative solutions and a comprehensive range of services for training and systems simulation. With the backing of investors, the Breton SME wishes to be able to strengthen its centers of expertise and pursue its growth, particularly internationally.
