The Spanish group Hinojosa approaches ASV Packaging – Le Journal des Entreprises – Maine-et-Loire

The Spanish group Hinojosa Packaging Group has announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with the French group ASV Packaging (CA NC), which specializes in the design and production of printed compact cardboard packaging intended mainly for food and consumer products, to acquire 49% of the shares. Based near Châteauroux, in Indre, the ASV Packaging group has an industrial unit in Le Mans, under the name of CEC Packaging. Hinojosa Packaging Group has already acquired in early 2021 the company Allard Emballages, which is headquartered in Brive-La-Gaillarde (Corrèze) with a paper mill in Aubigné-Racan (Sarthe).
