“It is a building that we visited for the first time in 2017”, reveals Julien Morville. “The project took time, but we asked ourselves a lot of questions about the potential of the place, how to understand it, how to work on a program, but also how to find investors.”
In addition to the opening of the Manège residence in Nancy, Sharies will experience a key year in 2023 for its development. The start-up, which employs 30 people and currently operates just over 150 rooms, spread between Paris, Île-de-France and Brussels, will deliver 400 rooms in 2023, to reach “2,600 rooms by 2025” , specifies Julien Morville. With one objective: “To fully mesh the national territory”.

Originally targeting young workers, the start-up reaches a “very wide spectrum of customers, from foreign students to seniors, including families in transition”.
