The turnover of the promoter Réalités increases by 22% in 2022 – Le Journal des Entreprises – Loire-Atlantique

The Nantes promoter Réalités (1,100 employees) generates a turnover of 350 million euros in 2022, up 22% compared to the previous year. “I would have liked to cross the €400 million mark, which we could have easily achieved in a less difficult context than that experienced in 2022”, expresses Yoann Choin-Joubert, CEO of Réalités in a press release. Founded in 2003, the group maintains its objectives which are to reach a turnover of 800 M€ in 2025, and an operating profit rate of 8%. These results were published a few days after the acquisition of Vargo Invest (7 employees, €2.5 million in turnover in 2022), a company specializing in setting up and marketing operations in old real estate. Historically specialized in new real estate, Réalités thus completes its integrated offer for public and private decision-makers in the territories.
