Toulouse-based drone manufacturer Delair buys Marseille-based company Notilo Plus – Le Journal des Entreprises

In receivership, the Marseille-based company Notilo Plus, created in 2016 and specialist in on-board autonomous underwater solutions, including iBubble, the first consumer autonomous underwater drone that films during dives, has just been acquired by Delair. The entity is renamed Delair Marine and retains its headquarters in Marseille. Founded in 2011 in Toulouse, Delair (60 employees, 2021 turnover: €7 million) designs and manufactures long-range drones for industrial and security/defense applications and nurtures the ambition to be the European leader in professional drones by 2030.
