TUNISIA: Kaïs Saïed, the president who locks power with his generals

On January 31, Tunisian President Kaïs Saïed appointed by decree the new Minister of Agriculture, Water Resources and Fisheries: Air Force General Abdennabi Bel Aati. Previously Inspector General of the Armed Forces, he joined a key ministry which for a long time served as home to many executives of the Islamist party Ennahdha, prime targets of the new minister.
