Two new acquisitions for + Simple – Le Journal des Entreprises

The insurance broker, business specialist, + Simple (2022 forecast turnover of €35 million), continues its external growth strategy. Supported by a fundraising of 90 million euroscarried out at the start of 2022, + Simple has just signed two new acquisitions: Carmine (turnover: €3 million), specialist in professional risks and temporary insurance, and Profirst (turnover: €2.90 million for around ten employees ), a wholesale broker specializing in finding professional risk insurance solutions, a subsidiary of the Vilavi group.
