Two takeover candidates for Carelide – Le Journal des Entreprises

Two candidates have positioned themselves to take over Carelide, the manufacturer of infusion bags based in Mouvaux (59), announced the Ministry of Industry. The company employing 400 people has been in receivership since October. It was the Delpharm industrial group (6,000 employees, €1 billion turnover), based in Boulogne-Billancourt, which formulated an offer, accompanied by conditions precedent, in partnership with the Lyonnais Aguettant laboratories (€140 million turnover). The State already declares itself ready to financially support the offer of the buyers. It will be examined by the Commercial Court of Lille on January 25.
