Urbanloop holds its first order – Le Journal des Entreprises

Gathered on March 30 in council, the elected representatives of Grand Nancy unanimously voted for the financial commitment to build the first line served by Urbanloop capsules, a 3.3 kilometer line linking a park and ride located in Maxéville to Saint-Georges station, passing through the future Cité Judiciaire, in the current Alstom wasteland. A financial commitment of 22 million, half of the amount to manufacture 40 capsules that will serve the line’s seven stations and the other half for civil engineering. “This order placed by a community with Urbanloop is an important step in the deployment of this low-carbon mobility solution, essential for the ecological transition”, reacted the Urbanloop team. Commissioning is scheduled for 2026.
