Why innovation in public works is “an obligation”

Innovating in public works is not a new idea, the evolution of techniques and materials and the nature of the works carried out are all proof of this. But the necessary ecological transition brings innovation into a new cycle. So that innovating is quite simply “an obligation to prepare for the future and meet the objectives of ecological transition”.
