Without a buyer, Plastima composites goes out of business – Le Journal des Entreprises – Maine-et-Loire
Plastima composites, which made plastic moldings and assemblies, was placed in compulsory liquidation on April 6, leaving 77 employees unemployed. Created in 1976 and located in Andouille, north of Laval, the SME achieved a turnover of 9.2 million euros at the end of September 2022. But excessive financial difficulties led to this cessation of activity. The placement in compulsory liquidation on February 6 with continuation of activity was not enough to find a buyer. To help with the reclassification of employees, the Medef Mayenne contacted companies in the plastics sector. A speed dating will be organized on April 28 in Andouille. “More than 40 companies told us that they had vacancies,” said Solveig de Pillot, the general delegate of Medef Mayenne, in the columns of Ouest France.
