Xavier Delecroix, new North regional director of real estate for BNP Paribas – Le Journal des Entreprises

Xavier Delecroix, 40, is the new North Regional Director of BNP Paribas Real Estate Transaction France. As part of his new duties, Xavier Delecroix will be in charge of the Rental, Sales and Investment divisions (Offices and Business Premises), throughout the Haut de France region. A graduate of SKEMA Business School in Lille, he joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2008 as a business real estate consultant. He was promoted to Director of the Offices department for the North region in January 2018. Leading a team of 17 people in total, he will also rely on Benjamin Gousset and Albane Amoros, appointed respectively Director of the Offices department and Director of the Activity department of BNP Paribas Real Estate Transaction in Lille.
